It is a mostly European operator, present in such countries like UK, France, Romania, Netherlands and Switzerland (however not in the biggest EU country - Germany). Orange has quite extensive developer cooperation programs, and organization of this Orange Code Camp is a part of these activities... This Camp is for mobile software developers - for various platforms - including Windows Mobile from Microsoft and Symbian. The fee is 450 Euro and it covers among others also accommodation.
