It is official: HTC 2100 / 2125 smartphone and HTC 8100 / 8125 Pocket PC phone are coming to Cingular USA

HTC 2100 / 2125 smartphone is a smartphone (HTC Tornado) and looks exactly like Orange SPV C600 and HTC 8100 / 8125 is Pocket PC phone (HTC Wizard) that doesn't look like i-mate K-JAM but has the same hardware.



It is unclear whether HTC 2100 / 2125 will be similarly crippled like Orange SPV C600: i.e. Wi-Fi will not be enabled.

Regarding HTC 8100 / 8125 it looks like it (i.e. HTC Wizard) will become quickly (in various incarnations) the most popular Pocket PC phone in the world. It even has fast Wi-Fi (802.11g) and has big chances to be very popular - similarly like HTC Magician was by now...
