xBar 3 for MS Smartphone released

The excellent task switcher and utility with various nice functions like launcher and thermometer - for MS Smarpthone - has been released in new version, now also with support for Windows Mobile 5.0!
- Signed and fully compatible with WM2005 for smartphone
- QVGA support for Smartphone and VGA for Pocket PC (see ICONSIZE in xbar.ini)
- PPC : Pen emulation with xMacro (click, move etc...)
- You can now name a shortcut in xbar\key using the keycde (see keycode.exe in tools pack)
