The contest was based upon almost 400 entries from 34 countries. Windows Mobile connected devices are now available from 93 mobile operators in 55 countries, and from 42 different device maker partners. More than 5 million Windows Mobile connected devices
shipped worldwide in the 12 months ending in June 2005. The winners and finalists are recognized as the very best of the year.
