Treo 700w name confirmed : Treo 700w listed on test website of Verizon Wireless December 03, 2005 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R. Obviously Verizon Wireless has already some hype going about the Treo Pocket PC phone powered by Windows Mobile... 
While by now representatives of Palm and Verizon were rejecting any requests to reveal model name of the upcoming Windows Mobile Treo, it looks like Verizon inadvertently revealed it on one of its websites... To find this information with model name of the upcoming Windows Mobile Treo smartphone just go to http://testman.verizonwireless.com and in "Personal" section select "Phones" and click on "Go" button. Then you may have to enter some post code in USA like for example 92841. And then you can see text "Coming Soon! Treo 700w Bringing the Treo experience to a Windows Mobile device exclusively with Verizon Wireless." and a link to http://www.vzwshop.com/treo700w (where by the way there is nothing about Treo 700w yet!). In other words: while by now everybody from Palm and Verizon was denying to reveal the model name of the first Windows Mobile Treo, now it has been at last unveiled: it's Treo 700w ! The first person, who revealed this model name was Peter Rojas from Engadget but it looks now like this name has been confirmed for good!
