Playlist Manager for Windows Mobile 5.0 / QVGA Smartphone released January 25, 2006 [MS Smartphone] | By Edward J. R. Unfortunately Windows Mobile has some holes in functionality: for example Windows Media player can use playlists but can't create them. It is not a big problem though because there are a lot of 3rd party applications that patch these holes... 
Windows Media Player for Smartphones doesn't have a built-in feature of creating playlists. One option is to create a playlist by means of some available utilities using the PC. But, wouldn't it be cool to be able to create your playlists directly on your Smartphones? To learn more or to download click here.
