For developers: MEDC 2006 USA and Europe open for registration February 05, 2006 [General] | By Edward J. R. The main MEDC this year takes place May 8-11, in Las Vegas, USA. The European MEDC takes place June 5-8, 2006 in Nice, France. there are also MEDC conferences planned in other countries and continents. Participation is not cheap - $895 - but Microsoft mercifully gives to all participants Visual Studio simple (i.e. standard, not professional) edition. However Microsoft's claim that this Visual Studio is "a $799 value" is a blatant lie, because on can purchase it online for mere $300 ...
