Webby - a FREE Internet browsing utility for Pocket PC - released March 07, 2006 [Pocket PC] | By Edward J. R. Webby is NOT a browser itself but it is a wrapper around the Microsoft Pocket Internet Explorer (PIE), that adds some interesting features like ability to open more than one URL (web address) at once and ability to use comfortably server-side page reformatting.
Unfortunately not all menu items of PIE are available in Webby (switching from one column to desktop view is not available for example) and the "tabs" are not really tabs (i.e. windows visible at the same time) but rather a separate windows not visible at the same time - the switching between these fake tabs takes place only through menu and not by clicking on the tab names as it is in real tabs. Anyway this program is completely FREE and it has some nice features so it may be worth downloading. More information about this program from the developer: Webby provides a powerful desktop-style browsing experience on the Pocket Pc platform. Besides tabbed browsing Webby automatically provides the ability to scale web pages using the two top microbrowsers, Skeezer.net and Google Mobile. Unique Features
