Orneta unveils Beta Program for Windows Mobile Pocket PC and Smartphone applications March 09, 2006 [General] | By anonymous 6. Orneta recently unveiled a new beta program designed to help power users to preview upcoming releases for Windows Mobile 5.0 and 2003 Pocket PC's and Smartphone's. Currently available from the Orneta Beta Program website are updated versions of many of their popular applications including, Biorhythm Mobile, Calculator Mobile, Checkers Mobile, Notepad Mobile, and Go Mobile. The beta versions require a serial number, and support Windows Mobile 5.0 and 2003 based Pocket PC and Smartphones. The release notes show that the new versions work better with the Palm Treo 700w, and mention support for the Motorola Q. A new naming convention has been adopted, showing the level of integration with the Windows Mobile platform Orneta applications have.
