First landscape home screen for MS Smartphone available
July 27, 2006 [MS Smartphone] | By Edward J. R.

After Motorola Q (in USA), now also Samsung i320 is on sale (in Europe). Soon several other manufacturers will unveil their MS Smartphone devices with QWERTY keyboard and landscape display (320x240 instead of 240x320) - we have been presented such phones in prototype versions but we were not allowed to make photos...

So whether you have Motorola Q or Samsung i320, or one of other MS Smarpthone devices, this new landscape home screen may be of interest to you! With this home screen your smartphone looks much more beautiful and is much more impressive!

The home screen artist "kleinweder", who created this beautiful landscape home screen with use of HTC Excalibur smartphone, writes:

I finally found time to put up my very first PUBLIC homescreen for the new screen orientation (Landscape 320 x 240 pixels!)!

My first landscape smartphone is with me since pretty much two weeks now and I just love it! I did a lot of landscape homescreens in the last few weeks but they are not public so here is the first one which is available for everyone for free download:

It features the new plugin which display the WiFi-Status and allows showing the communcation manager with just one click as well as:

- Messaging-Counter (SMS, E-Mail & MMS)
- Profile
- Calendar
- AllDay-Events

...and of course Operator, Date and Time! :-)

Category: QVGA-Landscape-Homescreens (320x240 Pixels)
Name: kl1wdr-MyDigitalAssistant-HQ-Landscape

I got my landscape-display driven device since about 2 weeks and did a lot of homescreens for the new screen-orientation. Unfortunately all of them were not meant for the public and therefore I put this one up.

Coming in a complete red suit and offering a very nice "mouseover-effect" this is one of very few homescreens of mine with the all-day-events-plugin implemented. I made it visible all the time so when there is no allday-event it just stays empty.

Have FUN!!

Additional Layouts: No
Systemscreens: No
