First real-life photo of HTC Excalibur surfaced August 02, 2006 [MS Smartphone] | By Edward J. R. In past when we were publishing some vague information about future HTC devices then HTC lawyers were persecuting us, but now all details, including photos are published and where are those HTC lawyers now? On holiday? Anyway: here comes the first real life photo of HTC Excalibur: 
... and some rather uncertain information published by AOL: The chap who sent this one in, Indianboy, mentioned that WiFi was definitely a go on the Excalibur, as well as the Q-rivaling jog strip thing, and a resolution greater -- yes, greater -- than QVGA. Why you'd really need greater than QVGA resolution on a Smartphone is beyond us, but who are we to argue with HTC? Please note: T-Mobile branding in this phone indicates, that T-Mobile will be selling this phone either in USA or in Europe. Furthermore claim that this phone will support resolution bigger than QVGA is not realistic: it would have to be 480x480 (or 640x480) because Windows Mobile doesn't support any other higher resolution than QVGA (320x240). Interestingly the processor speed is not mentioned but according to our sources it will be TI OMAP processor of low speed: 200 MHz. To learn more click here. Credit: Leigh Gears.
