Rumor: first EVER live photos of HTC Trinity and HTC Artemis available August 15, 2006 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R. A website in Malaysia publishes first ever live photos of 2 new upcoming Pocket PC phones from HTC: HTC Artemis (the one to the left) and HTC Trinity (the one to the right): 
Computer generated images of phones usually are wholly useless because they differ a lot from the final versions, but real life photos, even blurry ones, always give better approximation of what is coming! In case of these 2 phones however not looks but innards are the most important: HTC Artemis specifications:
Please note that we have been obtaining information and images about other upcoming HTC phones, including: HTC Muse, HTC Melody, HTC Foreseer, HTC Excalibur, HTC Monet, HTC Vera, HTC Trilogy, HTC Herald and some other, but due to the fact that we don't have real life photos of these devices, we are not publishing any information about them yet. Generally the principle is that until phones are officially available they can be cancelled and then revealing information makes no sense anyway. Pleas note also that Zune device is being released this year by Microsoft and there are further rumors related to this device (it may be produced by HTC, it may replace HTC Melody/Muse) so the number of rumors circling is truly big. Interestingly some people are making up detailed specifications although HTC itself (!) has not finalized them yet! For people interested in purchase of Windows Mobile phone now, without waiting for upcoming models we can reveal that, at this moment in time, the best Pocket PC phone is HTC Hermes, the best Microsoft Smartphone for GSM is Samsung SGH-i320, the best Pocket PC with built-in GPS is E-TEN G500, the best Pocket PC phone for CDMA EVDO is Palm Treo 700w, and the best Microsoft Smartphone for CDMA EVDO is Motorola Q.
