We have reviewed this text-to-speech program recently but now already new version with major upgrades has arrived! This program can speak (text-to-speech) in the following languages: U.S. English, U.K. English (Americas), Spanish, Canadian French, German. Also female voice "Kate" has been added apart from male "Paul" voice and users can purchase abuot 20 other male and female voices in above mentioned languages from Cepstral. If you need some texts to be read aloud for you for some reason, then this program can do it for you! 
A new free update for TextSpeech Pro for Pocket PC has been released, which includes the following fixes: 1. The program can now be fully installed onto a storage card; 2. There is only 1 setup file, which can be used for both Windows Mobile 2003/2003 SE and Windows Mobile 5.0; 3. The help file has been updated; 4. A bug has been fixed that sometimes caused the program to display an error message when text was being selected from the web browser, or the program did not speak at all when the selection was big; It is recommended that you install the newly updated version.
