i-mate JAQ Windows Mobile smartphone unveiled

It looks like i-mate has been neglected recently by HTC - after all i-mate branded HTC Hermes Pocket PC phone still is not available - but if i-mate JAQ would be released soon this negligence could be forgotten!
Updated: it looks like i-mate JAQ is a Pocket PC phone (not MS Smartphone) and that it is Mercury made by Inventec but branded by i-mate!!!
