IFA 2006 : HTC Artemis Pocket PC phone sighted - as T-Mobile MDA Compact III

The first really official information about HTC Artemis is out! Since HTC's announcement is coming on Thursday, September 7, 2006, we didn't expect it to be revealed at IFA (that ends on September 6), but it looks like T-Mobile needed to show this phone at IFA to get more attention...
Official (!!!) information about HTC Artemis:
- processor speed: 201 MHz - TI OMAP (too slow for voice calls over Skype)
- display: 240x320 pixels and only 65536 colors
- built-in GPS (main feature of this phone)
- OS: Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC phone edition
- model number: ARTE10000
- cellular: GSM/GPRS, no UMTS/HSDPA, possibly: EDGE
- innovative input controls: wheel + joystick
- QuickGPS ( quick GPS ) preinstalled so that users can achieve GPS fix much faster thanks to satellite data downloaded over Internet
- Bluetooth, infra-red, USB
