First-hand report from IFA 2006 : O2 Xda cosmo presented but only behind the glass September 04, 2006 [MS Smartphone] | By Edward J. R. Could it be that O2 has some exclusivity period for HTC Excalibur branded as O2 Xda cosmo? We doubt it: this "exclusive" adjective usage is a typical marketing trick and usually means nothing... in case of HTC manufactured phones... because they are being released by multiple operators and distributors under many brands. We have managed to notice O2 Xda cosmo smartphone at O2's stand at IFA 2006 in Berlin: 
... but unfortunately ... ... this phone was behind the glass and we were not able to convince female guardian of this phone, to remove it for us to play with! Here is another view of this phone:
