HTC announces officially new low-end Pocket PC phone with slide-out QWERTY keyboard : HTC P4350
November 20, 2006 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R.
Let's face it: not everybody needs 3G (UMTS/HSDPA) connectivity, particularly if unlimited flat rate tariffs are not available... You can think of HTC P4350 - that will be available commercially next month (December 2006) - as successor to low-end HTC Wizard rather than successor to high-end HTC Hermes.
It's a pity that HTC still is not releasing Pocket PC phones with QWERTY keyboard for single-handed usage - in order not to endanger manufacturing orders from HP and Palm - but at least HTC is now extending coverage of diverse market segments, what can't be wrong...
