Orange SPV M700 - the smallest 3G Pocket PC phone from HTC - available in France

... and no, it has no built-in GPS as some rumors said! The only GPS that this phone will be able to use is "stand alone GPS" (as HTC puts it), what in other words means "Bluetooth GPS unit" that is separate from the phone. Anyway this phone is small, has no QWERTY keyboard (that some people don't like at all) and generally is a nice phone with full 3G offering: it has both video calling and HSDPA (fast UMTS)!
Some highlights about this phone:
- display : TFT, 2.8 inch, 65536 colors
- access to mobile TV (through 3G - offering of Orange France)
- video calling
- all features of Windows Mobile 5.0
- quad-band GSM, tri-band UMTS, what means: both in GSM (GPRS, EDGE also) and UMTS (HSDPA also) it works in all bands in USA, Europe and Asia
- 2 mega-pixel camera
- Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, infra-red port
- mini-SD card slot (very good! unlike HTC Hermes and some other phones, that have micro-SD card slot and thus maximum only 2 GB allowed, with mini-SD up to 4 GB is possible!)
