PocketPCTechs.com says about i-mate deal: repairing phones is not the same as support

PocketPCTechs.com explains:
We are NOT taking over all support. We have become their USA & Canadian Authorized Service Center.
In past we published interview with CEO of i-mate and generally we were trying to understand what is differentation between i-mate and HTC's own brands like Dopod or Qtek. The answer usually was: i-mate's support. It is therefore worth underlying that deal of i-mate with PocketPCTechs.com doesn't cover support at all! In other words: PocketPCTechs.com are obliged to repair i-mate phones, but when it comes to answering support questions, it is changing nothing. In past our readers were reporting problems with i-mate's support so a lot of people reporting about this PocketPCTechs.com deal mistakenly assumed that this includes also support - but it is not! In other words: if you purchase i-mate phone in USA or Canada then PocketPCTechs.com will repair your phone if it is broken but don't expect support from them!
