Asus Pegasus Pocket PC phone with GPS wins German iF product design award 2007 January 19, 2007 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R. Winning design awards very rarely or never translates into increased sales, but it is good to see that not all Windows Mobile phones are ugly bricks... Anyway Asus brand is raising quickly in USA and Europe where Asus is selling big amounts of notebooks and other computer equipment, very often jointly-promoting, as side effect, also their PDA phones powered by Windows Mobile Pocket PC phone edition! Clearly already now, thanks to sales of notebooks, Asus has bigger brand recognition than HTC what translates into bigger eagerness of people to purchase also Asus mobile phones. After all if you already own Asus notebook why not going one step further and why not to get Asus mobile phone?
