It looks like Samsung SGH-i600, that is on sale in USA already for a longer time as "Samsung BlackJack", now appears to be available already in Europe: As you can see here it seems the phone may be nearing UK release as its status has changed from (Availability: Pre-order Now.) to (Availability: Ordered on request)... Also price tag Announced is £384.95. This tri-band GSM 900/1800/1900 Smartphones has most of the features you could hope for on the Smartphone, including HSDPA, EDGE, 802.11b/g WiFi, Bluetooth and with two integrated digital cameras (1.3 megapixels in the back and VGA in the front), users can also conduct 3G video calls from the phone. The i600 is single-handed design so you don’t need to use both thumbs to navigate the QWERTY keypad and it has a decent-sized 2.3inch screen with 320x240 resolution and 65,000 colours. The phone is small enough for single-handed operation, can pull double-duty as an HSDPA modem and can even be switched into USB mass storage mode for easy drag-n-drop data transfer off your PC.
