3GSM 2007 : what will i-mate show January 30, 2007 [General] | By Edward J. R. Unlike HTC that is coming this year to 3GSM for the first time, i-mate is coming to 3GSM for years already, and we even managed to interview Jim Morrison (CEO of i-mate) last year! Recently i-mate was presenting at 3GSM new phones and Korean girl band, but what will i-mate present at 3GSM 2007? i-mate calls itself "Windows Mobile specialist" and is inviting vistors to 3GSM to come to stand C13 in Hall 1! i-mate plans to reveal at 3GSM new mobile phones and services (!). i-mate is targeting their phones both at professionals and consumers (entertainment). Interestingly apart from the presence at the stand, i-mate will organize events that will cover such topics as: 3G services, importance of Windows Vista for Windows Mobile, "Prosumer", Internet development, future of mobile devices, what services will stimulate sales for consumers... and the speakers at these events include the following i-mate employees: Robin Bowler (global marketing director), Jack Craine (global sales director), David Hayes (CTO) and Jim Morrison (CEO).
