3GSM 2007 : Neonode to announce new handset February 02, 2007 [General] | By Edward J. R. Since previous handsets from Neonode were powered by Windows CE, there is chance that this one will also be powered by this Microsoft produced operating system that also is a basis for Windows Mobile... although it would be even if it simply would be powered by Windows Mobile itself (which is a Windows CE + layer of applications and APIs). Marketing campaign of the new Neonode handset, that will be announced at 3GSM 2007, involves "pregnant man": It's a little unusual, we know. But it's true. Our chief product designer is, well... expecting. Of course, now that we've gotten over our initial shock we couldn't be prouder of him. We want the whole world to know about it. The newborn is expected to arrive on February 12th, and will be making its first public appearance just a few hours later at the 3GSM World Congress, Hall 1, Stand J34. We hope you can make it too.
