Unofficial fix for the SlingPlayer published - now SlingPlayer is Windows Mobile 6 compatible! April 30, 2007 [General] | By Edward J. R. It is not official release from SlingMedia, but it works - so if you were planning to purchase Windows Mobile 6 - no need to wait: you can proceed! This file is the Download from Sling with the add DLL. Run the CAB from device. If you already have slingplayer installed then either un-install the old first or use the zip file below and extract the DLL only to the \Windows dir on the PPC or use the DLL Only CAB to install just the DLL. Finally people can freely upgrade to Windows Mobile 6, without having such worries: I too am hoping for Windows Mobile 6 support as soon as possible.
