Good news for Windows Mobile : Skype gets caller ID when usinig Skype Out service !
May 10, 2007 [General] | By Edward J. R.

Since still Windows Mobile is the only mobile platform for which mobile client of Skype is available it is good to see that Skype now makes it possible to make phone calls with caller ID, so that when you call somebody with Skype, over Internet, with use of Skype Out service, the other side can see your Skype In phone number instead of just "000012345":

What is caller identification?
Caller identification shows your SkypeIn number to the people you call. For example, friends will see your SkypeIn number appear on their phones when you call them.

Skype is available as native client, without intermediary servers, both for Windows Mobile smartphone and Windows Mobile Pocket PC! To download Skype for Windows Mobile, click here.

Since many people, companies and services are not reachable if caller ID (showing phone number) is suppressed, having ability to show your ID when calling somebody is vital.
