HTC sales down ! June 07, 2007 [General] | By Edward J. R. It is -4.13% year-on-year but since competition is launching at the end of this month a major technological breakthrough, one can expect that sales of HTC could fall even further... HTC must roll-out HTC Kaiser faster and has to start offering HTC TouchFLO technology in more models... and the only way to match competition is to offer multi-touch - there is no way around it. Information from HTC follows. * * * * * HTC May 2007 Sales Report Taoyuan, Taiwan, R.O.C. June 6, 2007 - High Tech Computer Corp. (TAIEX: 2498) today announced its total revenues for May 2007 were NT$ 7,992 million, down 4.13% YoY, while total revenues from January to May 2007 were NT$ 40,684 million, up 1.85% YoY. The May revenue decline was due to inventory adjustment from the clients and is within the company's anticipation. (Unit: NT$ million)
