Top manager of Mac division of Microsoft switches to Windows Mobile division ? June 08, 2007 [General] | By Edward J. R. Microsoft Office for Mac OS X is damaging business of Microsoft because it convinces people to switch to Mac computers knowing that they can use Microsoft Office there too. Apparently there is agreement between Microsoft and Apple where on one hand Apple is not releasing Mac OS X for PC hardware and Microsoft is continues to develop further Office for Mac... What new can the new manager bring to Windows Mobile ? * * * * * Today it has been announced that Roz Ho who was a top manager of Macintosh division of Microsoft and one of highest female managers in Microsoft, is moving to Entertainment and Devices Division, that includes Windows Mobile and Embedded division along with Xbox and Zune divisions. Clearly it is not known yet where will she land: after all it can be also Xbox or Zune divisions, not necessarily Windows Mobile division, but wherever she ends up, she could have influence on Windows Mobile! Since integration of Xbox and Zune with Windows Mobile is second to non-existent, hopefully Roz Ho will at last:
