Yes, Windows Mobile 6 continues to support the synchronization of subfolders—including the ability to move and organize mail in subfolders, directly from your mobile device. Q: Does Windows Mobile 6 support subfolders in Contacts synchronization? Contacts subfolder synchronization is not supported in this release.
