Information from the vendor follows. * * * * * PerDiem LLC Launches new version of GPS Personal Location & Tracking (PLT6) software Free Software for Windows Mobile 5 & 6 PDA or Phone. New capability includes SMS remote GPS commands, Virtual Earth maps on the device, integrated Navizon indoor tracking, and controlled PC Google map views of current location. The PLT software allows you to track your trip on a map and lets others locate and follow you online. Set the Pin numbers so only those that you choose can see your trip. Set zones for tracking (with alerts) too. Zones are "boxes on a map" that you create. You can track inside a zone or be alerted when someone enters or leaves a zone. PLT offers privacy and 'a need to know'. You can turn off anyone's ability to locate you at anytime. PLT allows you to access and use your GPS on-the-fly from any location connected to the Internet. Get reliable, convenient and secure access to GPS information from home or on the road. SMS commands can be sent to the device to manage the GPS settings and request sending of location information. Pin numbers are set or re-set from the device to control access to location information and maps.
