HTC has quality issues ? Battery cover of Dopod C730 faulty ? July 08, 2007 [MS Smartphone] | By Edward J. R. Update: it seems to be one-off issue - see comments for more info! HTC Cavalier - 3G version of HTC Excalibur - still is not on sale in USA and Europe, and the reason may lie in production issues... 
I have one major problem with my Dopod C730, it seems to have a warped battery cover which means it fits will on one side but stands proud on the other. This means the cover is prone to pop off at any time, so this particular device isn’t really usable day to day basis. I’m trying to sort this out with the supplier Bright Phones who did a good job getting it to me. This is the first time I’ve used them as I normally go through Expansys, Easy Devices or Mobile Planet. I selected them because I thought they shipped from the UK but this was an error by Ebay so there was extra lead time whilst it came from HK. To learn more, click here.
