Official Windows Mobile 6 ROM upgrade for HTC Trinity available July 10, 2007 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R. But there is a catch: ... because it is available only for HTC Trinity branded as Dopod D810 ! At around 10:50am 10 July Hong Kong time, the Windows Mobile 6 ROM was made available for download. The website says it is English version but from those who could wait no more than 1 second, they tried this ROM already and found out it was a Chinese version ROM (the second catch!). To download this ROM upgrade click here. Conclusion: it is not unusual that HTC releases something new first at Dopod (HTC's Asian division) so one can consider this availability as sign of things to come: Windows Mobile 6 ROM upgrades apparently are coming soon also to HTC USA and HTC Europe!
