Hubdog beta for Windows Mobile supports YouTube July 10, 2007 [General] | By Edward J. R. Anything that facilitates YouTube video watching in Windows Mobile phones must be good... because YouTube is the most popular video upload service out there. With Hubdog, using the latest beta and the TCPMP Plugin for Flash Video you can subscribe to a YouTube RSS feed just like you can a podcast. It is a handy way of using YouTube: you collect your subscriptions and end up with loads of 320x240 clips that don't need any conversion. The current beta features a quirky user interface and it may seem a bit awkward if you weren't used to the normal Hubdog. We recommend adding your YouTube channels while logged into the web pages rather than onto the device, as it's so much easier to copy and paste the URLs there. Please note: unlike the mobile version of YouTube that offers only some (not all) YouTube videos, the above described method with Hubdog and TCPMP Plugin for Flash Video, does in fact make it possible to watch ALL YouTube videos in your Windows Mobile phone!
