Members of Italian parlament get HTC Touch with phone call encryption software July 12, 2007 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R. They have to vote on some important issues, so having their phone calls intercepted wouldn't be good for justice... 
The phone is called "Crypto Smartpro" and essentially it is a HTC Touch with software for encryption of phone calls. The total price of this phone with encryption software is 999 Euro (equals 1360 USD = 675 GBP). While HTC Touch may have no 3G and rather slow processor, it has very user friendly user interface (with use of TouchFLO technology), is very small and very pleasant to be hold in the hand due to rubbery surface.
