i-mate Ultimate 6150 appears on FCC - submitted by Arima

It was not i-mate but rather, Taiwanese manufacturer, Arima, that submitted this phone to the FCC. However being FCC-approved doesn't mean that its available commercially yet...
Some highlights of this phone include:
- Manufactured by Arima in Taiwan (i-mate claims that it is designed by i-mate however)

- Memory: 256MB ROM + 128 MB RAM

- Mini USB high speed - 480 Mbps
- Direct Video Out XGA
- Micro-SD card slot
- 2.0 mega pixel camera
- Battery: 1530mAh

Conclusion: i-mate Ultimate 6150 will have difficulty competing with other 3G powered phones by Windows Mobile 6 because it doesn't have a built-in GPS, that is slowly becoming the "must have" feature...
