The next opening will be the HTC Care in Singapore... and the possibility of later openings in both New York and London. More information from HTC follows. * * * * * HTC opens HTC Care in Hong Kong First HTC service centre to provide customers with comprehensive after-sales support Hong Kong, 17 July, 2007 – High Tech Computer Corp. (TAIEX: 2498; "HTC") the world's leading provider of Microsoft Windows Mobile smart handheld devices, today opened the first ‘HTC Care’ in Hong Kong. HTC Care provides customers with comprehensive after-sales support including speedy repairs and on-site technical consultation. A wide assortment of HTC accessories is available to customers owning devices from HTC and Dopod International and also showcase of the latest HTC mobile devices. In addition, HTC Care will extend the same suite of HTC services to all existing customers from Dopod International under the previous original manufacturer’s warranty agreement. Staffed by professional consultants and technicians, the team is dedicated to providing an entire suite of after-sales services. A speedy turn-around time is guaranteed for all service repairs conducted at HTC Care and customers will be provided with a replacement phone during the repair period. Apart from being a service centre, HTC Care is also a showroom with the latest HTC devices and accessories. The staff can provide personal consultation, demonstrations and advise interested customers based on their needs so that they can have a greater understanding of the products and increase the brand loyalty of HTC. “The opening of HTC Care in Hong Kong represents HTC’s unending commitment to the satisfaction of all our customers. Operating hours are 9:00am to 12:45pm and 2:00pm to 5:30pm from Mondays to Fridays, 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays. HTC Care is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
