Exactly as exlusively predicted by us, the number 3 location globally for HTC Care centre is (after Taipei/Taiwan and Hong Kong): Singapore! Hopefully HTC Care number 4 (an unlucky number in Chinese culture) will be in USA or Europe already... More information follows below. * * * * * HTC opens HTC Care in Singapore First HTC service centre to offer on-site support, back-up phone loans and showcase latest products Customers who wish to improve the working condition of their devices can bring them to HTC Care where they will receive on-site diagnostic testing to determine the duration required for repairs. Uncomplicated repairs can be rectified within two working days while more complex cases may need a longer time. A speedy turn-around time is guaranteed for all service repairs conducted at HTC Care and customers will be provided with a replacement phone during the repair period. Apart from being a service centre, HTC Care is also a showroom with the latest HTC and Dopod International’s products. The staff can provide personal consultation, demonstrations and advise interested customers based on their needs so that they can have a greater understanding of the products before purchasing from authorised HTC Resellers. In addition, HTC Care will extend the same suite of HTC services to all existing customers from Dopod International under the previous original warranty agreement. “HTC believes that providing superior after-sales support is important to our continuing success, which is why we place such a high degree of importance on HTC Care. In the future, a number of HTC Care centers will be launched in Singapore and overseas, allowing our customers to enjoy their mobile lifestyles without missing a call,” said Fred Liu, Chief Operating Officer of HTC.
