Unofficial Windows Mobile 6 ROM upgrade for Treo 750 from ATT USA leaked July 28, 2007 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R. Neither AT&T USA nor Palm Inc are releasing this ROM upgrade so it is good to see that it is available unofficially - as a leak: Version Information
Commentary: Palm has announces Windows Mobile 6 for Treo 750 long time ago as you can see here but has not kept the promise. We have also heard from Microsoft, that Windows Mobile 6 powered Treo 750 is in use by several Microsoft employees and that it enables HSDPA and Internet connection sharing (using phone as modem without the need to install any software in PC). Unfortunately no official Windows Mobile 6 upgrade, despite numerous promises, means that Treo 750 cannot be recommended for purchase - it may well be that Palm is preparing new phone and simply doesn't want to provided the upgrade to boost sales of the new model...
