LogMeIn Rescue Mobile works now with Windows Mobile phones with touch-screens and with this solution it is possible to view/control/manage a Windows Mobile device remotely, through web-based interface, from any place on the planet - through the Internet (please note: we have tested it! we are not just reporting dry facts!):
LogMeIn is the main competitor of famous GoToMyPC and it offers basic version of remote PC access service for free, so it has a lot of customers among corporate workers! LogMeIn Inc. offers also other solutions useful for remote assistance and help and now they offer them also for Windows Mobile: At this time, the Preview version enables you to support Palm Treo 700w/wx smartphones, with full handset virtualization on your PC screen. You can also support Windows Mobile Pocket PCs (version 5 or 6) with remote control of the screen. During the Preview period, the following functionality is available:

Conclusion: by now it was the other way around - applications running on Windows Mobile were making it possible to access your PC remotely, but from now on it is possible both ways! If given company has workers, who are working a lot out of the office, on the go, the LogMeIn Rescue Mobile makes it possible to access their Windows Mobile devices remotely - also with remote view of Windows Mobile screen (see screen-shot above!) and various other capabilities. With such remote access an administrator can handle various remote users of Windows Mobile with ease and over Internet - without the need for physical presence. LogMeIn Rescue Mobile is another proof that no other mobile phone platform is so well suitable for enterprise mobility as Windows Mobile!
