Oliver Scholz is a speech recognition expert, previously he was working in Vista group and now he is working in Unified Communications group of Microsoft USA - while he is not working for Windows Mobile division of Microsoft, clearly at Microsoft also other divisions are contributing to Windows Mobile (huge synergy effects)!
