Samsung SPH-M4650 shipping in Korea, powered by ARM processor from Marvell
December 21, 2007 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R.

Once Intel decided to base future mobile devices on x86 processors (ultra-low voltage version thereof), Intel dumped its division producing ARM processors (Intel XScale) and sold it to Marvell corporation. Nowadays Marvell continues to release ARM compatible processors and, amazingly, despite the fact that Samsung itself makes also ARM-compatible processors, Samsung decided to put Marvell's processors in its latest phone SPH-M4650, that however works in Korean cellular and mobile TV standards and thus never will arrive to USA or Europe...

Since you can't get this phone anyway, at least take a look at a Korean girl holding it:

Information from Marvell follows.
