Developing software for .NET Compact Framework without Visual Studio .NET

.NET Compact Framework is an answer from Microsoft to wireless Java technologies, that are now currently widespread in low-class phones (not smartphones) and in Symbian smartphones. While there are cost free tools for development of wirelss Java applications, by now the only way to develop applications for .NET Compact Framework was to buy costly Visual Studio .NET (around 1000 dollars). Now MSmobiles.com presents 3 methods to develop software for .NET Compact Framework without the need to buy costly Visual Studio .NET.
