Review of HTC Touch Cruise published February 24, 2008 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R. HTC Touch Cruise apart from tilted display and QWERTY keyboard has the same power as HTC TyTN II, but it offers smooth TouchFLO finger-based navigation and smaller size. Clearly HTC Touch Cruise is nowadays a pinnacle of the HTC Touch line of phones and one of 2 best HTC-made phones that are pocketable! If you need the power combined with smooth finger based user interface (including gestures for zooming photos), 3G, WiFi and GPS, then it may be something for you: I am very impressed with the overall package the Touch Cruise offers. It feels good in the hand and is not too big or too small. I find that HTC's original Touch was a bit on the small side for me, and that's considering that I don't have large hands! So, we know that I have thus far been very happy with the Touch Cruise. Who is this device for? Well, if you are the type that wants the power and features of a Tytn II but doesn't want the bulk or the weight of such a powerhouse, and you don't require a physical keyboard, then the Touch Cruise has enough features to be considered.
