Big Windows Mobile related announcement coming by April 2008 February 28, 2008 [General] | By Edward J. R. As if Sony Ericsson adopting Windows Mobile was not big enough! But it is not over yet: (we're all tired: CES, 3GSM/MWC) and wish we could just fast forward to CTIA - or at least cut one of the big pony shows. But I lament in vain - the week of calm is all but gone. As always there are some cool products in store for both CEBIT and CTIA - several marriages of cool hardware companies and covetous consumer brands are in the works... not to mention a big announcement coming from the world of Windows Mobile. ... writes John Starkweather from Microsoft. Since CEBIT is in March 2008 and CTIA is in April 2008 - our reports will be on location in both (!) these events - it looks like something big may be announced at one of these shows, most likely at CTIA that is more mobile phone focused...
