Rumor: Sierra Wireless to unveil soon Microsoft powered cell phone

Dow Jones reports, that Sierra Wireless (USA) is preparing some cell phone based on Microsoft software. The only detail known is that it will have a keyboard. It is not clear yet whether it will be smartphone or a Pocket PC phone with a keyboard. Sierra Wireless wants to diversify away from making only wireless modems.
