Opera Mobile 9.5 Beta 1 now available for everybody to download! July 17, 2008 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R. It is more difficult to release a browser that should work in all phones (in case of Windows Mobile: many many models!) than such that works only in one phone and now, finally, Opera has launched Opera Mobile 9.5 - not final yet because called "Beta 1" - so that everybody can try! We have tested it (see video at the bottom of this news item!) and noticed that in Windows Mobile phones with 64 MB of RAM memory this new Opera has problems ("out of memory message" and crash)... so we advice everybody to use and buy only such Windows Mobile phones that offer more than 64 MB of RAM! Note also that it is not a final version so still it has some issues and it should be installed in internal memory, not on memory card... * * * * * Opera Software today released the much-anticipated, first public version of Opera Mobile 9.5 beta.
