Video Review : Palm Treo 800w July 21, 2008 [Pocket PC phone] | By Alli Flowers. In this brief video, we give a cursory look at Palm's new Treo 800w: Currently available only on the Sprint network in the US, it is a CDMA device. If rumors are to be believed, the GSM model will be the 850, and it may be released at any time. We first look at the form factor of the 800w including the micro-usb connector at the bottom that must be used for both charging and audio. A dedicated WiFi switch at the top next to the mute switch almost makes up for the lack of separate audio jack. Two new buttons directly under the 320x320 screen are used for additional program functions. Meanwhile, three days with no resets and continuing to add apps.
