HTC Touch HD leaked at FCC but without 3G bands !

It looks like US Americans will have to wait much longer for the best Windows Mobile phone of all times - HTC Touch HD - as SAR reports of this phone appeared on FCC website (FCC = approval organization in USA) but without 3G bands...
The HTC Touch HD is marked as BLAC100 (BLAC like Blackstone) and ommission of 3G bands in FCC certification means that for next few months US Americans will be able to get this excellent phone (most certainly many online stores will import it from Europe or Asia) but will have to use it as 2G phone...
