G-Sensor calibration tool released by HTC for Diamond September 26, 2008 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R. HTC cares about owners of HTC Touch Diamond! With this tool, that is pre-installed in HTC Touch Pro, but was not available for HTC Touch Diamond, you can: place the phone on the flat surface press the "calibrate" button save this calibration and thus save the state of what you mean by "flat surface" To download this tool in CAB from click here. Unfortunately HTC still has not released officially API (application programming interface) for the tilt sensor (aka "G-Sensor") and developers must reverse-engineer it to make any programs.
