Another huge Chinese corporation starts making Windows Mobile phones October 07, 2008 [General] | By Edward J. R. It is nice to observe corporations, that thrive in other business areas now releasing also Windows Mobile phones... The name of this corporation that is entering Windows Mobile phones manufacturing is: ZTE! Since ZTE is offering also infrastructure for 3G networks, it has big competence in cellular technologies already. ZTE is a massive corporation! However their U990 Windows Mobile powered phone is directed at Chinese market only (China uses special version of 3G technology, not used in USA and Europe). Since ZTE sells some consumer equipment (3G modems, etc.) to the West already maybe will see some other Windows Mobile phones for them for Western markets too...
