Unfortunately in past Samsung was very slow with releasing of ROM upgrades for their Windows Mobile phones. Samsung Omnia however is a very important phone for Samsung - as big amount of money (many millions) spent on advertisements of this phone prove... so no wonder that it is getting upgrades faster. And Samsung Omnia needs upgrades badly because the version sold in Europe was crashing and was unstable, so this upgrade is recommended: This software is provided only for use with, and for licensed end users of, the Samsung OMNIA.
